Talent Acquisition Associate (Contract Based)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mass Hiring Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technical recruitment, as well as experience handling large-scale hiring for operations, customer service, and finance roles. What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (e.g., customer service representatives, finance associates, operations staff) Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit Coordinate and manage bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events Work closely with HR and business leaders to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of tech talent for future hiring needs Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both tech and high-volume hiring Is this you? You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, covering both tech hiring and mass hiring You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field You’re fluent in English (minimum CEFR C1) You’re comfortable managing multiple roles across different functions at the same time You have experience with competency-based interviews and basic technical screening You’re familiar with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter You have strong stakeholder management skills and can work closely with business leaders You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment You’re open to a 1-year contract role The impact you’ll make You will directly influence how quickly and effectively we scale our teams across multiple functions You will help ensure we bring in the right talent to support business growth and client delivery You will play a key role in shaping a positive candidate experience across large-scale hiring initiatives You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, helping translate business needs into hiring outcomes Be Part of ATI Journey: Our aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.
