You will- Be the primary point of contact by answering and directing phone calls
- Provide attentive, positive customer service in person and over the phone
- Support a range of administrative duties, from data entry to scheduling and clerical tasks
- An excellent phone voice and professional communication
- Confident computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- An upbeat, reliable, and service-driven approach
Your skills may also align with our other open roles, including receptionist, clerical support, medical screener, and medical assistant positions.
Compensation & logistics- Pay: $15.00 – $23.00 per hour (experience-based)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In person
