A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be achieved within 30 days of hire.
