As our Insurance Sales Rep , you'll work with warm transfers, inbound opportunities, and provided data leads while building new relationships through your own outreach. You'll have an owner who works alongside the team, provides hands-on coaching, and celebrates individual achievements. Friendly competition, team challenges, and recognition are part of the culture, but so is helping the person next to you succeed.

First-year earnings are expected to range from $60,000 to $80,000 . We offer PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm transfers and inbound opportunities into new business.
• Work provided data leads and follow-up consistently.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking.
• Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate protection.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up documentation.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage referrals and retention.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence in explaining insurance coverage.
• Sales confidence, persistence, and comfort with outbound calls.
• Customer-first mindset with honesty and professional integrity.
• Coachability, self-motivation, and accountability toward sales goals.
