Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. 4 Years Graduate as Business Administration or with experience as Store Manager. Supervise and lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team members. Ensure strict compliance with Japanese food quality, presentation, and service standards. Monitor opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness and readiness. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, especially for Japanese dishes (e.g., sushi‑grade items). Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily performance. Conduct team briefings to align service goals and daily targets. Train staff on Japanese dining etiquette and product knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of supplies. Control costs, minimize waste, and optimize operational efficiency. Prepare daily sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
