As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience required Preferred experience with financial support including knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit & credit) Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

• The base salary range for this position is $17.00 - $19.96/hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
