What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to deliver excellence in Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V) while leading daily restaurant operations.
Your Responsibilities
Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Coach, develop, and support crew members and hourly managers.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
Maintain the highest standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
Help manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
Ensure safety, security, and company policies are consistently followed.
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive work environment.
Complete operational and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
Leadership Opportunities
Assistant Managers may oversee one or more key restaurant departments based on business needs and individual strengths.
Guest Service Department
Lead the front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru teams.
Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Execute promotions and coach service excellence.
Organize service operations for speed and efficiency.
Kitchen Department
Deliver safe, high-quality food quickly and accurately.
Control food costs and minimize waste.
Train kitchen teams on production procedures and new menu items.
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
People Department
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop great people.
Schedule teams to meet operational and business goals.
Create an engaging workplace through coaching, recognition, and employee development.
Help build future leaders within the organization.
What We're Looking For
Restaurant leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for coaching and developing others.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with a commitment to operational excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner shifts
Opening and Closing availability
Weekend availability
Our restaurants are not open 24 hours.
