What You'll Get $80,000 to $125,000/year depending on experience Fully stocked truck to take home Insurance options PTO plus 8 paid holidays Weekly team breakfasts Fun team events throughout the year Ongoing training and development Real work‑life balance Family‑owned, family‑run (since 1986) What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems Replacing faulty or worn‑out parts Installing upgrades and equipment enhancements Working with homeowners to explain issues clearly Keeping your truck and your work clean Who We're Looking For You take pride in your craftsmanship. You show up on time. You treat customers and coworkers with respect. You'd rather do it right than do it twice. Beyond that: 1+ years of residential HVAC experience EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred) Journeyman license preferred (not required) Valid driver's license and able to pass standard pre‑employment checks Comfortable talking with homeowners (you'll be in their houses every day) If you don't check every box but feel like you'd be a fit, apply anyway.
