Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and loading or service zones, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and reporting of security-related issues in accordance with post orders.
• Support daily property operations by observing tenant and visitor activity, reporting hazards or policy violations, and following Allied Universal protocols for incident response and escalation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
