Job Overview
Responsibilities (HOST)
- Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Answer phone calls (reservations, dinner specials questions, takeout orders)
- Maintain cleanliness of the front patio and entryway
- Assist with crowd control
Responsibilities (EXPO)
- Maintain clear communication between the Kitchen and Front of House
- Organize and prioritize tickets/orders
- Check for food accuracy, presentation, and quailty before it leaves the kitchen area
- Deliver appetizers, sides, entrees, and desserts to customers
