Who We Are: We're the Perry-Miller Streiff Group (PMSG), a 12-agent, luxury real estate team supported by a strong in-house business staff. We've delivered white-glove, multi-million-dollar curated transactions day in and day out for decades, and we're growing our team and portfolio. This year, PMSG will do more than $300M in sales volume, across 125 luxury price point transactions, for some of Dallas' highest net worth homeowners.

We're looking for our newest Business Manager to serve as our Team Lead's operational business partner — providing reporting, visibility, business intelligence, KPI tracking, performance scorecards, SOP development, quality control, process improvement, revenue operations visibility, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, listings, client experience, transactions, vendors, technology, and team resources.

The Business Manager provides data, profitability recommendations, insight, process discipline, and execution infrastructure so growth opportunities are more thoughtfully and deliberately harnessed.

This hire will translate vision into execution, protect the Team Lead's focus, and maintain accountability for the operational delivery of the team's elevated service model.

Compensation:

$85,000 plus business profitability variable compensation

Responsibilities:

● Reporting — build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards.

● Revenue Operations — create visibility into performance and align resources across functions to support better decisions and sustainable growth.

● SOPs — develop checklists, documentation, and standards that scale with the team.

● Quality Control — audit processes and outputs to keep service delivery consistent with PMSG's luxury standards.

● Process Improvement — identify workflow enhancements and technology to increase operational efficiency.

● Cross-Functional Coordination — align marketing, client experience, transaction coordination, vendors, and agents/producers around shared priorities.

● Compliance Oversight — track licensing, credentialing, and regulatory requirements applicable to the team's professionals, leveraging platform compliance resources.

● Reverse-Engineer Vision — translate leadership's ideas into structured, measurable, scheduled execution plans.

● Maintain Discretion — uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive client and business information.

Qualifications:

● 5–8+ years managing teams of 15–25 professionals — or overseeing a comparable portfolio of clients, projects, or properties — within a luxury, HNW-client-facing industry (architecture/design studios, custom home building, private estate or household management, luxury hospitality, or private-club operations)

● A proven track record of ensuring consistent, white-glove product and service delivery across a team or portfolio at a scale and standard comparable to PMSG's luxury business

● Experience translating a principal's or owner's vision into structured, measurable execution — the kind of work done by a Job Captain, Studio Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, Builder Business Manager, Estate Manager, or Private-Club Operations Leader

● Demonstrated experience building KPI reporting, performance scorecards, and SOPs within a high-standards service environment

● Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, not authority — the same skill required to coordinate talented, independent-minded professionals (architects, designers, producers) who are excellent at their craft but not naturally operational

● Comfortable managing cross-functional coordination across creative/production, client relations, and vendor management; real estate-specific systems (MLS, licensing, transaction compliance) will be trained on the job

● Advanced Excel/Google Workspace proficiency; comfortable managing multiple complex projects independently

● Exceptional discretion, communication, and analytical judgment

● Prior titles that translate well: Architecture/Design Project Manager, Studio Operations Manager, Job/Project Captain, Builder Business Manager, Estate Manager, Private-Club Operations Leader, Luxury Hospitality Operations Manager
