Job Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee and deliver professional nursing care to clients in their residences. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring high-quality home health services.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate client referrals and assess individual needs.
Develop and implement tailored home care plans in line with nursing standards.
Direct and coordinate nursing services to ensure optimal client care.
Serve communities throughout the Montrose region.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Strong assessment and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
