Part-Time Care Coordinator- E 84th

Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our E 84th St. location in the Upper East Side on a part-time basis. Responsibilities Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also controlling the flow of the appointment. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative environment to ensure patients and team members receive needed care and support.
