We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!Location: Rockwall, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $21/hr - $23/hr | Schedule: Monday - FridayFor immediate consideration please email View email address on apply.j-vers.com You'll Do:Process vehicle titles and registrations for new and used vehicles, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Submit title documents to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents required for title processing.Maintain an organized filing system for title documents, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to ensure all necessary documents are collected and processed efficiently.Address and resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies.Prepare and submit sales tax and registration payments to the appropriate authorities.Assist customers with title inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Controller.What You'll Need:Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role within a dealership environment is highly preferred.Strong understanding of state title and registration requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
