What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $55.00 per hour for the first 40 hours worked each week RDO accrual of 2 hours per week Penalty rates paid after 40 hours worked Stable, long‑term employment with a supportive team environment Participation in a rotating after‑hours on‑call roster, including an on‑call allowance and a minimum four‑hour payment for any call‑outs attended. Company vehicle, fuel card and work phone provided Monday to Friday–7:00am to 5:00pm Flexible, family‑owned business with a friendly team culture The Role You will primarily complete residential maintenance plumbing across Baldivis and surrounding suburbs. We also work across new homes, commercial and industrial projects , so there is plenty of variety and you’ll never get stuck doing the same jobs every day. All jobs are scheduled through ServiceM8 on your work phone to keep your day organised and efficient.
