Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Epiroc!

The primary responsibility for this position is to support manufacturing employees and line management with functioning equipment.

Work Type (Onsite): This position will be based on-site at our Delhi, IA facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship

Shift Timings: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensureoptimalperformance and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumaticsystemsand equipment.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize production disruptions.

• Inspect and test machinery and equipment for proper operation and safety compliance.

• Collaborate with production teams toidentifymaintenance needs andassistwith equipment setup, calibration, and testing.

• Assistin the installation of new machinery and equipment.

• Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation, including work orders, parts usage, and repairs performed.

• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor toidentifyareas for improvement andassistin the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S and safety standards.

• Participate in training programs to stay current with industry standards and maintenance techniques.

The salary for this position is between $22.19and$25.61annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and marketstandards.

Knowledge/Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Have an understanding ofindustrial instrumentation and control

• Must be knowledgeable in OSHA laws as related to general shop practice

• A basic mechanical ability to dismantle and reassemble simple assemblies

• Experience in a machine shop environment is desired.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical breakdowns

• Must be able to consistently lift 40lbs, work on lift platforms up to 30 ft high and ladders up to 35 ft

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems and equipment.

• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
