While this job is not very labor-intensive, it requires the mental fortitude to sit or stand in one place all day. The packagers must package products as quickly as they can being careful to gently handle the product. This role is critically important in ensuring strict quality control standards for the product we send to the stores.Requirements:Efficiently package productResponsible for accurately weighing and recording weightsResponsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the staging area while performing packagingWorks with efficiency and maintains a positive attitudeGets along with teammatesResponsible for maintaining a quality productPassion for the industry and resilienceExperience working in a complex, fast-paced environmentIs committed to excellent on-time attendance, reliability, and accountabilityCommunicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the companyStrong organizational and follow-through skillsCapable of learning/performing all basic necessary asked of the general staff.
