EverLine is launching a brand-new franchise serving the Hartford/Springfield/Rhode Island region, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help build our field operations from the ground up. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. This is an opportunity to step into a growing business early, make an immediate impact, and grow alongside the company. What You'll Do

As a Pavement Maintenance Team Lead/Supervisor, you'll oversee daily field operations while working directly alongside the crew. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing pavement maintenance crews
• Coordinating daily job site activities
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Training and mentoring technicians
• Communicating with customers and leadership on project progress
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and workflow management

Services Include

• Parking lot striping
• Crack filling
• Sealcoating
• Asphalt repair
• Warehouse floor markings
• Commercial property maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading crews in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related trades
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in the field
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland required
• Experience operating commercial equipment is a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
