Possess knowledge of all banking products, including other lines of business within the bank. Stay current on new products, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within retail and other departments of the bank. Uncover needs and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate bank products. Assist with internet banking and debit card requests. Perform basic and complex daily teller functions (cash handling, balancing of drawers, vaults, coin machine, etc.). Consistently provide exceptional customer service and appropriately manage customer complaints. Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations. Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses. All other duties as assigned. Strong cultural values Excellent verbal skills and customer service delivery The ability to handle multiple functions at the same time Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Two or more years of customer service experience Physical Requirements Seeing : Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents (75-100% of work time spent on activity). Hearing : Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees (75-100% of work time spent on activity). Sitting : Must be able to sit for long periods of time (50-74% of work time spent on activity). Standing/Walking : Must be able to move about office (75-100% of work time spent on activity). Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling : Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (25-49% of work time spent on activity). Lifting/Pulling/Pushing : Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (0-24% of work time spent on activity).
