What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for obstetric patients 20 weeks gestation, including labor management, deliveries, and postpartum care
• Administer medications and treatments following protocol, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately
• Assess patient and family needs, providing education and emotional support
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Manage emergency situations and perform triage as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of practice

What You Need:

• Required:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification (C-EFM) or AWHONN Intermediate FHM
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• Preferred:
• Recent experience in perinatal or L&D setting
• Perinatal RN residency or similar background
