Service Manager

As a member of our team, you will help support and challenge others to achieve success in this critical role as Service Manager for Honda in Rhinelander. We offer a relocation and/or sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations. Act as the key liaison between technicians, service advisors, and guests to maintain clear communication and a seamless service experience. Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high‑performing team of service advisors and technicians. Drive a culture of excellence with a passion for achieving and maintaining high standards. Forecast departmental budgets, establish performance goals, and monitor progress to drive success. Oversee department payroll and effectively manage expenses. Maintain strong departmental profitability and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance while meeting internal and manufacturer expectations. Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience. Leadership experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
