Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cath Lab

As a Registered Nurse at Del Sol Medical Center, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the EP/Biplane Lab, Cath Lab and Hybrid OR, ensuring efficient staffing, technology and clinical support for patient care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assist in procedures. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health‑care team to deliver quality patient care. Conduct ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the department. Assist the Director in budgetary and strategic planning opportunities for improvement. Provide nursing leadership to the unit and oversee the clinical operations of the departments. Ensure core competencies are assessed in accordance with the unit’s specific patient population served. Qualifications Licensure/Certifications (required) : Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support; Registered Nurse license. Education/Experience (required) : Diploma in Nursing; minimum 3 years of critical‑care experience. Preferred qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field; EP/Cath experience.
