Location: Emmitsburg, MD
Service Area: Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties (MD) + Adams and Franklin Counties (PA)
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and certifications

What You'll Do:
As a Residential Journeyman Electrician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and upgrade residential electrical systems while ensuring all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing service upgrades, wiring installations, panel replacements, interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams, documenting completed work, and maintaining strong communication with homeowners and team members. You will lead assigned service calls and projects while delivering safe, professional, and high-quality workmanship on every job.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician
• An active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License is required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Strong residential electrical troubleshooting and installation skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Knowledge of electrical code compliance and safety standards
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic
