Key Responsibilities:

• Compound sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical preparations, including extemporaneous formulations.
• Review and interpret prescriptions for appropriate dosages, therapeutic compatibility, and potential interactions.
• Counsel patients and healthcare staff on medication regimens, side effects, and proper storage.
• Participate actively in medication reconciliation and interdisciplinary rounds.
