TECHNICAL WRITER II

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with supply chain managers and stakeholders to understand and document supply policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct interviews and gather input from subject matter experts to accurately capture complex supply chain processes. Develop, author and maintain clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, including policies, procedures, and process guides. Edit and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements. Participate in meetings, present drafts, and incorporate feedback efficiently. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company guidelines, and legal requirements. Utilize appropriate documentation tools and software to produce high-quality written materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of the documentation process.
