Details Level I trauma center and Stroke Accredited facility serving a diverse patient population Work settings include inpatient, emergency department, operating room, and adult ICU Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required BLS and ARRT (R) certifications required ARRT (CT) certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent, or official HSD transcripts required Siemens and Epic experience required Community hospital experience required Teaching hospital experience preferred Level I trauma experience required Experience preparing and administering contrast media Experience starting peripheral IVs Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program License required if applicable Additional Information Perform CT scans while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety and comfort Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory guidelines Participate in on-call rotation as needed Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure required Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; charge RN acceptable for the second reference; coworker references not accepted Former employees eligible for travel assignment after 6 months away from the facility Current employees of any Ohio State University hospital location are ineligible for a traveler role Requested time off must be submitted with the application and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less Locals accepted at the same rate Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing contract due to strict compliance timelines American Traveler Job ID #P-772398.
