Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Semi-skilled building maintenance such as: changing Ballasts, light bulbs, repairing toilet, patching sheetrock and tiles, and basic painting tasks

• Exterior building maintenance and cleaning tasks such as power washing

• General grounds maintenance such as weed removal and other grounds maintenance tasks as directed.

• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities

• Maintains a clean working environment for facilities

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous relevant experience required

• Familiarity with production machinery

• Able to read blueprints

• Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds
