LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care in our skilled nursing and rehab center. The LPN will provide hands-on clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring, while supporting individualized care plans for short-term rehab and long-term residents.
