Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating vehicles equipped with FSD (Supervised) during 6–8 hour shifts
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including greetings, route adjustments, and addressing concerns
• Navigate complex environments such as construction areas, pedestrian zones, and traffic congestion
• Monitor FSD (Supervised) performance and take control when necessary to ensure safety
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle safety checks (sensor calibration, software status, cleanliness)
• Start/stop recording devices and perform basic software/equipment debugging
• Review and analyze data quality collected throughout each shift
• Provide feedback to improve data collection processes and overall operations

Requirements

• Valid TEXAS driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with advanced PC abilities (Microsoft Office Suite, data tools, basic troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with ADAS & Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) preferred
• Flexibility to work day/night shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime
• Ability to travel as needed (domestic or international)
• Safety-sensitive position; drug testing required per policy
