Construction paralegal

A client of ours located in downtown Lexington, KY is seeking a Construction Paralegal to join their team. This position is resonsible for assisting attorneys with routine aspects of legal and factual research and analysis, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting legal documents, trial preparation, depositions and extensive document management. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.


salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Review Bi-Weekly charts
• Organize timeline records
• Run MSA Comparisons
• Update procedures
• Send executed addenda's
• Update contractor clauses
• Update vendor MSA's (Master Service Agreement0
• Organize, update and reformat charts
• Conflict Checks
• Engagement Letters
• Update Compulaw and pleading indexes
• Chrome River Expenses
• Reformat Agreements and format and proofread contracts
• Forward executing contracts
