Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, tailoring individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

  • Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family counseling through our telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

  • Provide crisis intervention services, assuring that clients in distress receive immediate support and are connected with necessary resources.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with New York state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and continually refine treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

  • Must hold an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York, in good standing.
