TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73109!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current critical care and telemetry experience required. First-timers accepted. Travel experience required. License: Current and valid RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID required. Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Description: The position involves caring for a variety of patients with a focus on orthopedic and colorectal post-operative patients. Candidates must be willing to float to other areas if there is a need. Floating to other facilities may also be required. The unit is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth in nursing skills, critical thinking, and time management. Teamwork and leadership development are encouraged. All candidates must adhere to documented compliance protocols. No license hits are acceptable. All submissions must include two supervisory references. Candidates will be responsible for managing patient care and performing nursing duties effectively. The patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is 24 with a staffing ratio of 5 patients per nurse. The unit works with an interdisciplinary support team to provide comprehensive care.
