Are you a Surgical Technician who thrives in the Operating Room and takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and sterile surgical environment?

We’re seeking an Associate Surgical Technician to join a collaborative surgical team in Santa Rosa. This role offers hands-on involvement throughout surgical procedures—from OR preparation and sterile field maintenance to instrument handling and intraoperative support —while working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative professionals.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures
• Establish and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
• Perform surgical scrub duties and provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team
• Assist surgeons and nurses with intraoperative needs while anticipating procedural requirements
• Handle, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Surgical Technology Program preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Surgical Scrub Technician experience
• Recent Operating Room experience
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical field maintenance
• Experience with surgical instrument preparation, handling, and case setup
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) preferred
