Specimen Processing Specialist
LabCorp
Labcorp is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role supports patients and clinicians, answering inquiries, providing test results and technical information, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, and experience in a contact center. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST, with HIPAA-compliant data handling and strong computer skills.
