Quick Facts

• Duration: Ongoing assignment
• Shift: Nights, 7pm – 7am
• Hours/Week: 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN License, ACLS, PALS (within 6 months), NRP (within 6 months), FHM (within 1 year), BLS (within 2 weeks)
• Experience: New grads encouraged to apply; prior L&D experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30 – $36.50
• Differentials: Evening ($2.30), Night ($3.75), Weekend ($3.00)
• Benefits: Full benefits package offered, including health insurance, dental, vision, and retirement planning

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage fetal distress situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes
• Assist with procedures and stabilization of perinatal patients
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care

What You Need

• Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (within 2 weeks of start)
• ACLS, PALS, NRP (training provided if needed)
• Fetal Monitoring Certification (within 1 year) or willingness to obtain

• Previous Labor and Delivery experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
