This individual will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting pre‑construction efforts, and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure competitive, high‑quality bids. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential site development projects ranging from $5 M to $50 M. Support pre‑construction activities and collaborate with leadership to develop competitive bids. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Work with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations. Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. Maintain strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience within civil construction. Strong background in residential site development projects. Experience estimating projects ranging from $5 M–$50 M. Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving. Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred). Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
