Position Summary: Join Orlando Health as a Laboratory Assistant II PRN and play a vital role in supporting patient care through specimen processing, patient registration, laboratory operations, and customer service.

Schedule: 11:30 PM 7:00 AM Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Weekdays as Needed Holiday Rotation Required

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process laboratory specimens
• Register patients and enter physician orders
• Label, aliquot, store, and transport samples
• Support pathology specimen processing
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Assist with scheduling and report distribution
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of laboratory or patient care experience OR current student pursuing a science-related degree or certification (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pre-Med, or related clinical field)
