Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner, NPWe are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team to support a major manufacturer in Decherd, TN with an onsite health and wellness clinic for employees at a large automotive manufacturing facility. This position will provide occupational, acute, and health improvement services. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!What will you be doing in this role?Providing direct, onsite patient care services and other professional services to meet client-requested coverage hours along with formulating and administering health programs and clinic protocols, as neededProviding episodic, occupational, acute, primary, and preventative health care to patientsConducting histories and physical examinations and prescribing medications and/or medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standardsCollaborating with the client, nursing staff, and the operations team in determining, executing, and implementing protocols, formularies, emergency plans, and quality assurance programs for the clinic under the state laws, rules, and regulations governing collaborative relationshipsBe readily available to give consultation in the provision of health care to patientsProviding guidance and education to any additional clinical staff as appropriateOur ideal candidate will have:Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Board CertificationActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice locationNot currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction.
