Warehouse Associate - Entry Level | Immediate Hiring

Start your warehouse career today! We are immediately hiring Entry-Level Retail Warehouse Associates (Pickers) to join our fast-paced distribution team. No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Pick and pack electronic devices using RF scanners.
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy.
• Label, sort, and prepare shipments.
• Restock inventory and maintain organized shelves.
• Move products using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Use basic computer systems to update orders and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable using computers and RF scanners.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Warehouse, picking/packing, or inventory experience is a plus but not required .

Fast-paced distribution warehouse setting with continuous walking and standing. Employees work with RF scanners, conveyor belts, carts, and pallet jacks while handling electronic products in a safe and organized environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $19.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
