What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess patient conditions quickly and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system
• Respond to emergency situations and assist in life-saving interventions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN license or ability to license promptly
• Minimum of 2 years of ER or ICU experience
• Epic electronic medical record experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Ability to work night shifts and holiday rotations as required

Preferred:

• TNCC certification
• Experience working in high-pressure emergency settings
