Your main character arc involves leading a top-tier salon team as our new salon manager in Burlington!! We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $24–$27, potentially earn $40–$50+/hr including tips, bonuses. Featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and PTO and vacation time to make sure you're living your best life inside and outside the salon. We prefer a leader who is available for evening/weekend energy. If you have the passion to lead, apply today!
