Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• Experience performing general ultrasound, limited OB/early gestations, and vascular ultrasound
• Cotinine test required with negative result

Assignment Details

• Weekend coverage required
• Training schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Ongoing schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday, 10-hour shifts
• Weekends may be worked independently
• No smoking facility
