Ejecutivo Comercial Bilingüe (High Ticket Closer)

Estamos buscando un Ejecutivo Comercial Bilingüe (High Ticket Closer) con experiencia demostrable en ventas consultivas y cierre de negocios.

Buscamos una persona altamente comercial, persuasiva y orientada a resultados, capaz de desarrollar conversaciones estratégicas con prospectos, identificar oportunidades y convertirlas en ventas.

Esta posición está dirigida a profesionales que disfrutan vender, trabajan cómodamente bajo metas y encuentran motivación en los resultados y las comisiones.

El candidato ideal cuenta con experiencia en venta de servicios o productos intangibles, manejo de clientes y cumplimiento de indicadores comerciales.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar prospectos y oportunidades comerciales.
Realizar llamadas y reuniones de ventas en inglés y español.
Identificar necesidades de los clientes y presentar soluciones adecuadas.
Dar seguimiento a oportunidades hasta concretar el cierre de la venta.
Cumplir y superar objetivos comerciales mensuales.
Mantener actualizada la información comercial en las plataformas de seguimiento.
Trabajar en conjunto con otros equipos para garantizar una excelente experiencia para el cliente.
Participar activamente en estrategias de crecimiento y ventas.

Requisitos

Nivel de inglés conversacional avanzado (indispensable).
Mínimo 1 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios o productos intangibles.
Experiencia en cumplimiento de metas e indicadores comerciales.
Experiencia en cierre de ventas y negociación.
Habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación y persuasión.
Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas.
Manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas de gestión comercial.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado.
