You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm and access control systems, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.26 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, assisting with badge verification and directing guests appropriately. Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in clear, timely reports for Allied Universal and site leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security‑related experience is required. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
