IT Systems Coordinator/Engineer

The Company is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and products, is looking to establish its presence in the North American market under its own brand name.

Position Overview

The IT Systems Engineer/Coordinator will be responsible for building and operating IT systems to support production at the new plant in Utah. This role supports implementation and stabilization of manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and PLM, while acting as a communication bridge between HQ in Korea and U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of manufacturing IT systems (ERP, MES, PLM, MDM, WMS)
• Assist with requirement gathering and user interviews
• Support UAT testing, data validation, and system stabilization
• Assist with project schedules and issue tracking
• Coordinate with HQ and external vendors (SI)
• Provide bilingual (Korean/English) communication and meeting support
• Support operation of production systems and troubleshoot issues
• Provide IT support for production line (PC, HMI, equipment integration)
• Monitor system performance and minimize downtime
• Support IT infrastructure (network, servers, security)
• Manage IT assets, VPN, accounts, and access controls
• Respond to network/system incidents
• Support security compliance (ISO27001, internal policies)
• Assist with process improvement and system integration (API)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant IT/system experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a global collaborative environment
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
