HVAC Residential Installer

Our client is seeking skilled Residential Installers with expertise in the HVAC industry to join their Los Angeles-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in installing HVAC systems across various residential projects. What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients. Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand installation specifications and requirements. Safely handle and install HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance. Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to address any installation challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment on all job sites. About You Experience : 3 to 5+ years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC installation. Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation processes. Certifications : Relevant HVAC certifications are preferred. EPA Universal is required. Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality installation work. Physical Ability : Able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures. Team Player : Works well with others and can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Safety-Conscious : Prioritizes safety and follows all industry regulations and best practices. Driver's License : Clean driving record with zero points.
