We’re hiring an Inside Sales Advisor on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the clinical research space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact commercial team, working with leading BioPharma and CRO clients to deliver innovative solutions that support clinical development. What You'll Be Doing Drive lead generation and client outreach using a consultative and strategic sales approach Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, feasibility, and proposals to ensure messaging alignment Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities focused on long-term value Engage thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions Contribute to overall sales strategy by sharing insights from client interactions and market trends Who We’re Looking For You may come from one of the following backgrounds: Sales (1+ years): Especially with experience selling into BioPharma or Contract Research Organizations (CROs) Feasibility, Proposals, Marketing, or Customer Success: Particularly from backgrounds involving site networks, independent trial sites, IROs , or patient recruitment and looking to transition into a sales role What You Bring A resilient, tenacious mindset—you thrive on challenges and don’t give up easily Strategic thinking and a focus on quality outreach rather than high-volume tactics Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and relationship-building skills Location & Work Flexibility Preference for candidates based in North Carolina with the ability to work hybrid Remote work options available for strong candidates outside the region Flexible work environment that supports autonomy and balance Interested in learning more?
