The hospital requires candidates who are board certified and hold an active Georgia license. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated healthcare team in delivering specialized endocrine consultation services. About the Facility Location Atlanta offers diverse attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and Zoo Atlanta as primary destinations for visitors. The area features recreational activities such as helicopter tours with skyline views, indoor skydiving experiences, and golf cart tours through nearby Peachtree City trails. Entertainment venues like Underground Atlanta host events with live music and food trucks throughout the year. About the Clinician's Workday The endocrinologist will provide comprehensive inpatient endocrinology consultation services with a schedule from Monday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM. The clinician will manage approximately 56-60 consults per week while conducting daily rounds on the consultation service. Weekend and weeknight call coverage is required as part of the 24-hour shift responsibilities. Board certification in endocrinology and an active Georgia license are mandatory for this position.
