Vaccine Customer Representative - Tacoma, WA

Merck seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers in the Tacoma, WA region with clinical vaccine information, education, and resources. The role involves building customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and helping providers improve immunization rates while managing contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver balanced product sales presentations to healthcare providers and business professionals on vaccine attributes and clinical benefits
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to optimize vaccine contract performance and utilization
- Provide vaccine management with customer feedback, marketplace insights, and progress toward quality and immunization rate goals
- Develop and execute territory business plans focused on improving immunization rates across assigned customer accounts
- Maintain current product knowledge and certification on company's full vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Aptitude for conveying technical concepts clearly and accurately
