Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Job Overview Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
